Kah Seng (Kyle) Leong sought to recreate his experience with cakes and pastries of his childhood back in Malaysia. His grandmother used to bake with him every week, leaving him with a lifelong passion for Asian delicacies.
Kyle opened Patisserie Avenue in Sydney Olympic Park to share this passion for desserts with everyone having a sweet tooth in Sydney. His Swiss Rolls, dessert cups and cakes make everyone smile.
