All local businesses that serve food to the public are regulated by the City of Parramatta and the NSW Food Authority.
Per the applicable NSW Food Authority guidelines, Patisserie Avenue has notified the Parramatta Council of its food business operation and is subject to spot checks. Our registration number with the Parramatta Council is FP/63/2023. Our registration certificate from the Parramatta Council is available to download here.
In addition, Patisserie Avenue is a business insured by Public Liability insurance to a sum of $5,000,000.
Kyle is a qualified patissier with his Certificate III in Patisserie certification from Holmes Institute, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in Australia.
The course provides Kyle with the practical cookery skills and sound knowledge of kitchen operations to produce patisserie products safe to consume.
