When will I receive my order?

The preferred delivery and pick up dates can be chosen at check out.

We aim for a next day delivery if our capacity allows. If we are unable to fulfil your order on the next day, we will get in touch with you to advise on the delivery date of your order.

What is the cancellation policy if I pre-order but I cannot make it in to pickup?

All pick up orders are final and therefore we cannot offer a refund if you are not available to pick up. However, please contact us as we may be able to arrange you a delivery for an additional fee.

Where do I pick up my order?

All pick up orders are available at 3 Olympic Boulevard, Sydney Olympic Park NSW 2127. Please contact us on 0452 078 178 when you are nearby and we will come to you with your order.

When do you deliver my order?

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected delivery method.

If your order is a pick up order, it is available between 9 am and 6 pm on the day of your chosen pick up day.

If your made your order for delivery, your order is usually delivered on your chosen delivery day in the afternoon.

Although we aim for a next day delivery, it may take up to 3 days to deliver your order depending on how busy our bakery is.

If you have any special delivery requests, please do not hesitate to contact us on one of our availabilities.

How much does the delivery cost?

We offer home delivery within a 20 km radius from Olympic Park.

Our delivery fees are the followings:

  • $5 minimum charge
  • $1 per kilometre up to 15 km
  • $10 maximum fee
  • $10 flat rate between 15 km and 20 km
  • Pickup option is available above 20 kms

How do I pay for my order?

We take the following payment options:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

All orders are pre-paid only. We are not offering cash payments at this time.

How will I know my order has successfully been placed?

We will send you an email with the summary of your order and the expected delivery date. If you cannot find the email in your mailbox, please make sure to check your spam folder. If the email is still not there, please contact us on one of our availabilities.

I have allergies. How will I know which items are safe to order?

Please contact us on one of our availabilities to confirm if your product choice is compatible with your dietary requirements.

What if I want to change the time to pick up my order?

Please contact us on one of our availabilities to change your pick up time.

How long I can keep the products fresh?

Most of our products are safe to consume up to a week unless labelled otherwise on the packaging.
